- 1. Every person charged with an offence has the right to a public hearing, trial and appeal, except where the interests of juvenile persons otherwise require.[1]
- 2. Any judgment, including an appeal, is made public except where the interests of juvenile persons otherwise require.[2] The decision includes a recitation of essential evidence, findings and legal reasoning.[3]
