- Defendant(s)
- Executive Office
- Judges
- Jury (lay people acting as fact finders)
- Investigators
- Legislature
- Mental Health Services
- Parole Officers
- Non-governmental organizations
- Police
- Prison Officials
- Prosecutors, Procurators, or their equivalent
- Victims
