	The CPT visited the Andorran Central Police Office where those charged with crimes were detained over four times between 1998 and 2018. They consistently found that the facilities were clean, adequately lit, and provided proper sleeping quarters, with those in custody being given clean mattresses and blankets. However, they also found that in 2018, there continued to be no natural light access and limited outdoor recreational space for detainees due to the urban location of the Police Office.
